MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
RETURNS: Goods may not be returned without prior approval from CaterGear.com. In order for merchandise to be returned, it must be in the original package unopened. All items returned must be marked with a return authorization number issued by CaterGear.com Product must be less than 20 days old from invoice date. Special order items may not be returned. Returned items must be shipped to CaterGear.com as directed, both prepaid and insured against damage. You will be credited at invoice price less outgoing shipping fees and 20% restocking charge.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: If your product is defective, please contact CaterGear.com immediately to inquire about applicable
warranty coverage. If you are uncertain what the warranty period is for your particular product, please contact us at 267.257.5928.
SHIPPING DAMAGE: Any product that is purchased from CaterGear.com that is received damaged, must be reported within 3 business days after receipt of the goods to be eligible for repair, replacement or reimbursement, as reasonably warranted by the situation, by the shipping company. The shipping company is responsible for your item after it has left from CaterGear.com. Please thoroughly inspect your item immediately upon receipt; if shipment damage is suspected, note the condition of both the merchandise and packing material with the courier. Save all materials for inspection by the courier. Contact CaterGear.com at 267.257.5928 or send an email to sales@catergear.com to report damaged items immediately.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION: Certain carriers require signature for a delivery based on value, etc.. If courier records show delivery of the package to the address that you provide with your order, the order is deemed to be delivered.
SHIPPING RATES/INTERNATIONAL
Shipping is quoted to continental United States via ground or LTL carrier. You must call for International Shipping, Express Shipping, HI or AK Shipments or other unique requests. Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, dues and fees associated with brokering, international transfers, etc. Any duty fees, broker fees or other monies charged to CaterGear.com will be charged back to customer.
REPRESENTATION OF PHOTOS
We attempt to represent each product as closely as possible by it's photo, however, due to the limitations of photos available from manufacturers, photos of multiple products may be used to represent a single product. In addition, no photo may be available. Generally, the description of the product is the more accurate representation. If you are unsure of the photo representing the product, please call our toll-free number to have a representative assist you.
