The Hot Diggity hot dog grill features 29 ½" heated roller tube length - ideal for high capacity sales locations such as theaters, arenas, auditoriums, etc. Gold Medal roller type hot dog grills are industry favorites for one simple reason; they get the hot dogs to proper and safe serving temperature and hold them at a safe serving temperature. Most other hot dog machines cannot make that statement! Separate temperature controls for the front five or the rear five rollers. Separate motor switches. This makes "cook and hold" easier - this makes cleaning easier.
